Every Alexandria neighborhood has its own paint personality. Old Town’s Federal brickwork is not the same job as Del Ray’s bungalow trim. Cameron Station has HOA color rules. Beverley Hills has Tudor revivals and 1930s Colonials. We have repainted homes in all of them.

Federal and Georgian rowhouses, brick exteriors, painted shutters, hand-stained wood doors. BAR oversight on color and material. Period-appropriate work, executed properly.
Del Ray
Bungalows, Victorians, cottages along Mount Vernon Avenue. The neighborhood that rewards a bolder palette. We have done full exteriors in saturated trim colors that would look out of place four blocks east.
Rosemont
Tree-lined streets of Craftsman bungalows, Colonial Revivals, and early Arts and Crafts homes from 1908 to 1930. Most need careful sanding and primer work given the layered paint history on the trim.
Beverley Hills
Tudor revivals and 1930s and 40s Colonials. We have repainted shake siding, stuccoed half-timbering, and slate-trim work across the neighborhood.
Seminary Hill
Mid-century brick ramblers, Cape Cods, and split-levels. Interior refreshes are common as families update homes built between 1948 and 1968.
Cameron Station
Planned community built in the 1990s with vinyl, fiber cement, and composite siding. HOA color guidelines apply, and we know how to work inside them.
Kingstowne
Newer townhomes and single-family homes with HardiePlank and vinyl. Common exterior refreshes here center on trim, shutters, and front doors.
Parker-Gray
Historic district adjacent to Old Town. BAR review applies. Federal and Italianate row homes with detailed exterior trim.
Old Town North and Potomac Yard
Newer condo and townhome builds. Interior projects dominate here.
West End and Landmark
Mid-century apartment communities, brick townhomes, and a wide architectural mix. Repaints often coincide with HOA refresh schedules.
Eisenhower Valley and Carlyle
Newer mixed-use construction. Mostly interior work in residential condos and townhomes.
Rose Hill and Hybla Valley
South Alexandria, brick ranches and split-levels, mid-century construction with regular repaint cycles. our Alexandria base puts us minutes from any job in these neighborhoods.
